Detached houses and villas
A detached house or villa on your plot. We plan the design, permit and building stages with you.

Renovation
Renovating an existing house or flat, from a new kitchen or bathroom to a wider refit. We look at the building first, then agree the scope.

Prefab and light structures
Prefabricated panels or other light building systems on a reinforced-concrete foundation. Usually quicker to put up and suited to plots outside town; the mountain house was built this way.

Project management and site supervision
If you already have a design or a builder, we can follow the site for you: the schedule, quality checks and regular reports with photos. Useful if you do not live nearby.
How we work Step by step.
Durations are typical ranges, not commitments: every plot, permit and design is different.

01 Site visit and first talk
We meet, look at the plot or the building together and talk through what you need, your budget range and your timing. You get a straight answer on what is feasible.

02 Design and drawings
An architect draws the plans with you; the structural, mechanical and electrical projects follow. Changes cost least at this stage.

03 Building permit
The projects go to the municipality for the building permit. How long it takes depends on the municipality and the plot's zoning.

04 Structure
Excavation, foundation, the reinforced-concrete frame, walls and roof. The building inspection firm checks each stage on site.

05 Finishing
Plaster, plumbing and electrics, insulation, windows, floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Most material and colour choices are made at this stage.

06 Handover and occupancy permit
We walk through the house together, list what is left and finish it; then the occupancy permit is applied for and the utilities are connected.

Questions Common questions.
Which regions do you work in?
Antalya and the districts around it, and Burdur. If your plot is further away, ask anyway: it depends on the project.
I don't have a plot yet. Can you help?
Yes. We can look at the plots you are considering together: zoning, road access, slope and what could be built on them. The decision to buy stays yours; we help you see the plot through a builder's eyes.
Do you build in exchange for flats (kat karşılığı)?
It depends on the case and is discussed one project at a time: we look at the plot's location, its zoning and the size of the project together.
How long does the building permit take?
It depends on the municipality, the plot's zoning and how complete the projects are. Once the projects are ready it often takes one to three months, sometimes longer. We cannot promise a date, but we keep you posted on where it stands.
I live abroad or in another city. Can we work remotely?
Yes. We stay in touch over WhatsApp and video calls and send photos and short reports from the site regularly. Some steps, such as signing at the municipality or a notary, need you or someone you have given power of attorney.
How do we start?
